• Consulting :-

• Through this product you can book your appointment with doctor and pay defined consulting charges online and secure your appointment.

• But before paying and booking for appointment please confirm doctors availability, time and date through phone.

• Appointment may be rescheduled in some unforeseen circumstances.

• Panchkarma Products :-

• These products are actual panchkarma Procedures which are getting Conducted in Shree Ayurved And panchkarma Chikitsalaya as per the need and Requirement of patient after doctors advise.

• You can not directly purchase those products from our site if those are advised for your betterment by any medical professional or else you can consult our medical expert for the same.

• Please kindly purchase panchkarma Products only after knowing about inclusions and exclusions of package and make sure about availability of appointment and availability of conducting staff in clinic.

• Panchkarma packages some time may require to be customise as per requirement of patient so we need to customise it with your concent.

• Some products like massage and steam , Shirodhara, Head massage can be purchased any time by anyone as per availability of appointment.

• Panchkarma Will Be conducted if and only 0if the appointment and conducting staff is available. And if docter says it is not advisable as per your medical condition then we will not conduct procedure or we can advise you for better another treatment procedure or refund you back your money. Only bank charges will be applicable.

• Dispensing Medicines:-

• There are few Medicinal Products which are strictly for dispensing, means those medicines are to be taken only after consulting with doctor and doctor dispense those medicines to patient. These medicines are purchased in bulk from various authorised and GMP certified companies and dispensed in small required quantity as per patients need. And price is decided accordingly.

• Medicines are packed for dispensing in a very hygienic way, and dispensing doctor is only responsible for packing problems,. Rest quality issues regards to manufacturing companies. So if you have any manufacturing problems manufacturing companies are held responsible.

• Though there is no label over medicines mentioning company name you can ask for it in any legal issue. We purchase all medicines from GMP certified companies only.

• Usually dispensing medicines are visible only to our registered patients only. Anonymous users can not purchase these dispensing medicines.

• Exception is a packaged medicines used in various packages made for various diseases.

• OTC Medicines :- There are Few Products with FSSI Approval which are basically Food Supplements and Few Products such as Honey, Shampoo, Some Oils which can be Sold without prescriptions are called as OTC Products as it can be Sold Over The Counter. Anonymous user can directly purchase it through our website.

• Packageing , Handling and Postage Charges :-

• Total charge for delivery will be 100/-  (Rs.One hundred Only ) but if order is Above 2500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred only.) then All these charges are waived Off.

• Some Spacial Offers regarding this shipment charge swill also may be Applicable as and when declared time to time.

• Spacial offers :- Special offers for certain Discount on some Products prices will be declared time to time as and when required and those will be time bound.

No two offers can be combined.

• About Delivery of order :-

• Order will be dispatched through Indian post on next working day.

• Order will be received by you in next 5 working days as per the rules of Indian post. It may take more time as per the Change of state when it is out of MAHARASHTRA. All Indian postage rules will be applicable regarding delivery of goods. Please fill proper address in form where delivery is expected. We will not be responsible if you did not receive goods due to improper address. And if door is locked or change of address and in some other this  kind of conditions you may need to pickup goods from post office. You need to pay extra postage charges if parcel is returned to us and we need to send it again due to above mention problems like address conflict or door closed, address moved etc..

• Refund policy :- Normally goods once sold will not be taken back, hence order it as per your need. Only in some exceptional and unforeseen conditions like death of a patient or something like it may be taken back but Bank charges and Postage charges will not be paid back.

For return medicines are to be sealed pack.

For return of medicine patient or their relative are suppose to come to clinic in person or need send medicines by post or courier by their own expenses.

• Membership Eligibility Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors,un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the Shree Ayurved And panchkarma Chikitsalaya website and shall not transact on or use the website. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website. • Buyer’s arrangement with Issuing Bank:–

• All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

• All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

• Applicable Law:- Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Thane , Mumbai.

• Jurisdictional Issues/Sale Only in India :- Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India.
